In Short

• End-to-end leadership of value realization from identifying relevant value hypotheses to measuring value in delivery.
• Support account executives through coaching and sparring in account strategy and opportunities.
• Planning and leading value assessments and proof-of-value projects, including conducting demos and moderating workshops.
• Quantification of customer value through solid business cases, including ROI and impact hypotheses.
• Close collaboration with delivery and product teams for new use cases and customer requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in enterprise B2B software in consulting, pre-sales, or value roles.
• Solid experience in core industries such as automotive, aerospace, defence, or machinery.
• Confident communication across all levels, from shop floor to top management.
• Proficient in handling complex, unstructured problems with a cooperative and adaptable working style.
• Experienced in creating business cases and conducting customer workshops.
• Familiarity with collaborating with engineering, product, and delivery teams.
• Willingness to meet clients on-site to expedite processes.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
