Finance & Strategy Manager (Founder’s Office) - Remote

Now we are looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our Founder’s Office. This is a high-exposure role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership. You will partner directly with the Chief of Staff, shaping the way we steer the company financially and strategically. In Short

• Support the design and maintenance of the company’s financial models (P&L, cash flow, SaaS metrics).
• Conduct variance analyses and prepare actionable insights for leadership.
• Contribute to board and investor materials.
• Drive cross-functional projects.
• Assist in shaping and tracking company OKRs.
• Build analytical deep dives for strategic decisions.
• Improve reporting and analytics tooling.
• Serve as a business partner across functions.
• Take ownership of selected strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff in a high-exposure environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Solid skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals.
• High analytical capability and curiosity.
• Experience preparing C-level or investor materials.
• Strong communicator, fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Ambition to grow into FP&A leadership.
• Self-starter with a bias for action.
