Overview

The Field Clinical Specialist assists the Sales team, in an assigned territory, by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support.

In Short

• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in patient selection and device utilization.
• Attends patient device implants and performs follow-up.
• Provides education on product specifications.
• Supports sales representatives in identifying clinical needs.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive devices and techniques.
• Documents patient interactions in Salesforce.
• May assist with cases outside assigned territories.
• Significant travel required within assigned territory.
• Collaborates with internal partners for physician education.
• Ensures compliance with corporate standards.

Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical environment.
• 3-5 years of clinical support experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
