• Lead the creation of new platform capabilities within the Tax Solutions space.
• Partner closely with Engineers, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
• Champion engineering best practices and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Foundational understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, ideally within Google Cloud Platform.
• Good communication skills and ability to articulate ideas.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Empathy for users, prioritizing usability and long-term sustainability.
• Care for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Curiosity and self-motivation to continuously improve technical skills.
