As the Director of Retention - Casino & Realsports at Sporty, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our retention strategy across both Casino and Realsports verticals, with the goal of maximizing player lifetime value in all markets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong track record in retention marketing and operations.
  • Experience in online Casino and/or Realsports.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Analytical expertise in player behavior and churn prevention.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness linked to revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming practices.
