Overview

The Social Media Scripter directly supports the media simulation effort by creating strategic social media content based on daily D&G from Chief Media and the Online Media Content Manager.

In Short

• Support media simulation efforts with strategic social media content.
• Review exercise scenario documentation and media SOP.
• Create and manage social media accounts as needed.
• Coordinate and post social media content based on exercise activities.
• Ensure accuracy and relevance of social media content.
• Review and edit content produced by other media staff.
• Regulate all social media content.
• Act as a role-playing journalist in press conferences.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in creating strategic social media content.
• 3 years experience in strategic communications fields.
• Post-secondary education.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
