Senior Official for Ministry of Public Works, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications - Remote

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise to represent a Senior Official within the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Works.
• Provide strategic advice on matters concerning the AN's Ministry of PWTIT posture.
• Ensure realistic responses by the AN Ministry of PWTIT during exercises.
• Act as the focal point for training audience for all AN PWTIT matters.
• Coordinate operational PWTIT matters within the AN and EXCON team.
• Develop a Concept of Operations for the use of AN PWTIT in conflict scenarios.
• Assist training audiences with initial planning stages.
• Generate appropriate exercise material for training audiences.
• Act as a senior official in meetings with the training audience.
• Act as a local governmental PWTIT official in meetings during exercises.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure and Transport at Executive level.
• 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders in a National or Multinational environment.
• 3 years’ experience in influencing policy making at ministerial level.
• A University/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Business English proficiency.
