Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years in human resources, with 2 years in a business partner role.
• Strong analytical mindset and HR metrics interpretation skills.
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of HR principles and employment legislation in Ireland and UK.
• Strong recruitment background.
• Experience or knowledge of OKRs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
