Virtual Support Nurse - Remote

Overview

As a Virtual Nurse (RN/RPN), you will provide virtual support to patients, helping them thrive in their homes while using your nursing skills to ensure they receive the care they need.

In Short

• Provide 24/7 clinical virtual support on a scheduled rotation.
• Conduct remote assessments and triage support for home care clients.
• Coordinate follow-up support for in-person care when necessary.
• Assist clients and care partners with symptom management and education.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in office and remotely.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing.
• Experience in community, medical surgical, emergency, or triage settings preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments virtually.
