Requirements

• 10+ years in manufacturing structures/systems.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with ME tools and PLM software.
• Knowledge of Boeing products is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues.
• Experience with DFM and producibility studies.
• Familiarity with Boeing Production System.
