Overview

Specialist Direct (SDI) is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to support our growing team. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and collaborate closely with SDI’s executive team. The EAA will be responsible for a range of high-level administrative and operational tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, planning trade shows, preparing reports, developing PowerPoint presentations, and documenting key processes.

In Short

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Plan and organize trade show participation and other company events.
  • Develop professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
  • Manage internal communication tools and processes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document business processes and assist in operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other executive-level communications.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Executive Administrative experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – articulate, professional, and confident in engaging with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Based in Los Angeles, CA.
