Overview

The Director of Faculty Engagement plays a central role in supporting the success of online adjunct faculty and ensuring high-quality student learning experiences throughout the Health Sciences Program.

In Short

• Full-time position focused on faculty development and classroom oversight.
• Manage online adjunct faculty and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
• Oversee instructional delivery and provide timely feedback to faculty.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing professional development for adjunct faculty.
• Serve as the primary contact for adjunct faculty regarding classroom concerns.
• Encourage collaboration and foster belonging within the department.
• Provide regular updates on faculty performance to management.
• Contribute to department initiatives and attend academic leadership meetings.
• Work remotely with a focus on initiative and accountability.
• Support the Operations Manager in faculty scheduling and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• Leadership experience in higher education.
• Strong attention to detail and task-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Canvas LMS, and Zoom.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
