• Drive community solar initiatives within the low-income housing sector in Maryland.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers to identify subscribers for community solar projects.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the housing sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed assigned annual enrollment targets.
• Work closely with the VP of Growth and front-end sales team.
• Engage with local communities through events and media relations.

Requirements

• Strong relationships in the low-income housing industry.
• Passion for clean energy and sustainability.
• Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with community engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with the community solar sector is a plus.
