Director of HCP Communications & Engagement - Remote

Overview

Dermsquared is seeking a leader to advance the Dermsquared brand with Healthcare Professionals and build upon tremendous momentum and engagement with the Dermsquared platform from the dermatology community.

In Short

• Drive HCP engagement measured by monthly average users and time on site.
• Understand the needs of Dermsquared product leaders and sponsors.
• Ensure data enrichment is part of go-to-market plans for HCP engagement.
• Develop and execute campaigns to fuel HCP engagement.
• Onboard a new agency to support execution of HCP engagement plans.
• Play a critical role in shaping a new growth strategy.
• Work with commercial and transformation teams to engage HCPs.
• Foster momentum through ongoing development of CRM platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clear engagement paths.
• Lead initiatives to enrich knowledge and insights about the community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership essentials.
• Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management.
• Prior experience in a high growth environment is a plus.
• Travel – estimated less than 20%.
