Overview

As an Operations Support Project Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community.

In Short

  • Facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple project teams.
  • Identify and remove barriers to project completion.
  • Provide project status updates to Project Managers.
  • Maintain and update the company database.
  • Generate customized reports and pivot tables.
  • Create and track contracts and purchase orders.
  • Serve as the primary contact with external vendors.
  • Handle correspondence between contractors and stakeholders.
  • Work on site or from home.
  • Monday to Friday (9PM - 6AM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
  • Construction background.
  • Purchasing experience.
  • Experience with Norad and Oracle is a plus.
  • Telecom experience.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Skilled in organizing resources and priorities.
  • Enjoy hands-on work with the team.
