In Short
Facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple project teams.
Identify and remove barriers to project completion.
Provide project status updates to Project Managers.
Maintain and update the company database.
Generate customized reports and pivot tables.
Create and track contracts and purchase orders.
Serve as the primary contact with external vendors.
Handle correspondence between contractors and stakeholders.
Work on site or from home.
Monday to Friday (9PM - 6AM).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
