We are actively seeking a skilled Revit Drafter. This role is pivotal in translating initial concept designs into meticulous working documents using CAD software. We require an individual with a proficient command of AutoCAD and Revit, possessing a keen eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with design teams and architects, striving to deliver comprehensive schematics that not only meet but exceed project expectations.

• Undertake intricate design and drafting tasks with proficiency.
• Translate specifications into detailed drawings and models.
• Collaborate with supervisors on models and design documentation.
• Manage revision requests for drawings and renderings.
• Prepare and oversee permit packages for regulatory approval.
• Coordinate with engineering firms for environmental reports.
• Develop comprehensive site plans for construction projects.
• Draft and render designs for residential construction projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree in drafting technology or related field.
• Prior drafting experience with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Competent in 2D and 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with building codes and zoning regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
