Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
• A customer-first mindset and willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
