Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success/Operations Manager to oversee and manage our operational processes, team, and client interactions. As a Client Success/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities, while maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in operations management.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of operational processes and supply chain management.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
