• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads.
• Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo for lead qualification.
• Uncover prospect needs and generate interest for sales representatives.
• Manage lead flow and track qualified leads in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed set monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute prospecting campaigns.
• Demonstrate leadership principles such as being proactive and customer-centric.
