In Short

  • Provide compassionate support to Medicaid recipients.
  • Answer 40-60 inbound calls daily.
  • Capture and update member information accurately.
  • Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Work in a remote environment with flexible hours.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adapt to changing situations and requirements.
  • Support underserved communities in accessing dental care.
  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with shift flexibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role.
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible.
  • Experience with dental insurance preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid claims is a plus.
  • Ability to work unencumbered in a home office.
