ServiceNow Consultant - Defense and Security - Remote

Overview

The Defense and Security sector faces numerous challenges: ensuring operational efficiency for our clients, facilitating and securing access to information, simplifying citizen processes, and supporting individuals in the face of digital transformation! You will be integrated into the ServiceNow competency center and work on high-stakes projects for our Defense and Security sector clients.

In Short

• Join the ServiceNow team as a Consultant specializing in ITSM.
• Contribute to the implementation, deployment, and optimization of business processes based on the ITSM module of ServiceNow.
• Define functional and/or technical specifications related to the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize the ITSM module according to project requirements.
• Advise clients on ITIL best practices and suitable solutions for their business processes.
• Participate in testing phases and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure project coherence and success.
• Assist the development team in implementing the solution.

Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent university.
• 4 years of successful experience in designing and implementing processes using ServiceNow modules, specializing in ITSM.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows).
• Analytical skills, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and a strong motivation to engage in high-stakes projects.
