• Join a team to support Ministries in designing, implementing, and maintaining a vast application portfolio.
• Work on strategic projects for clients in the Defense and Security sector.
• Implement, deploy, and optimize the ITSM module of ServiceNow.
• Define technical specifications related to the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize the ITSM module according to project requirements.
• Advise clients on ITIL best practices and suitable solutions for their business processes.
• Participate in testing phases and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure project coherence and success.
• Possess technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools.
• Have a good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

Requirements

• Recognized for analytical skills, interpersonal qualities, rigor, and teamwork.
• Graduate with a BAC +5 (engineering school or equivalent training).
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant or expert, specializing in the ITSM module.
