Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will manage client relationships and ensure service quality in the transport sector, supervising projects and coordinating teams to meet contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Proactive, meticulous, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and project management tools is a plus.
