Join Sopra Steria's team working on an ambitious IT renovation program for a major player in the social sphere, as a Business Analyst Test responsible for the qualification and testing of user stories and features.

In Short

• Define the testing strategy for your Agile team.
• Write test plans and execute associated test campaigns.
• Create and track anomalies discovered during testing.
• Analyze client acceptance anomalies and retest after fixes.
• Work within a Scrum team of about ten people.
• Ensure the quality of developments delivered by your team.
• Collaborate with a transverse test leader.
• Utilize tools like Cucumber, Jira, and Postman.
• Participate in a SAFe/Agile environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Tester or Business Analyst.
• Strong client relationship orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into IT solutions.
• Curiosity and proactivity in learning.
• Good organizational skills and rigor.
• Knowledge of batch processing, web services, databases, Java, and Angular is a plus.
