Overview

The Business Analyst will work within the Public Services division, focusing on supporting public service organizations in their digital transformation and operational efficiency.

• Organize and facilitate workshops to gather functional requirements.
• Analyze and understand user needs and business requirements.
• Write functional documentation including user stories and specifications.
• Participate in testing phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an ESN or development context.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, versatile and autonomous.
• Interest in technical challenges and innovation.
