Overview

• Act as the first point of contact for data protection queries.
• Conduct and manage Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Identify and mitigate privacy risks.

• Maintain the Privacy Team’s Universal Platform.
• Advise on vendor onboarding where personal data is involved.
• Host sessions to build awareness of data protection requirements.
• Review and update privacy policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining the Global Privacy Program.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a paralegal with knowledge of data protection laws.
• Experience providing timely and actionable legal advice.
• Hands-on approach to applying data protection law to business processes.
• Ability to present legal analysis clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload.
• Experience in a global company across multiple functions.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data management automation tools like OneTrust.
• CIPP/E or similar certification is a plus.
