Senior Manager, FP&A – Reporting & Data Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, FP&A – Reporting & Data Analysis will lead the production and enhancement of key topline financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights for strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Own and produce key topline financial reports for Board of Directors and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reported financial data.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to generate actionable insights on business performance.
• Summarize key trends and insights in an executive-ready format.
• Drive process improvements and troubleshoot data issues with IT.
• Partner with BI and IT teams to automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to analyze revenue trends.
• Continuously enhance reporting standards and methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience focused on financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Revenue, Bookings, Billings, and ARR.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Product Finance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills for financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or other FP&A tools.
• SQL proficiency for querying data.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
