Overview

Sony Electronics Inc. is looking for an Expert Product Representative to join the Sony Pro Support Team, dedicated to creating a 'Best in Class Customer Experience' for Imaging Professionals using our Sony Alpha Cameras and Lenses.

In Short

  • Support technical training and education for professional customers.
  • Consult and assist internal sales teams.
  • Provide event support for key sporting events and trade shows.
  • Grow Sony market share in the professional market.
  • Schedule evaluation loans and provide support during evaluation periods.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for market insights.
  • Maintain a customer database and follow up on communications.
  • Handle logistics for events, including setup and teardown.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in the camera industry.
  • Strong analytical and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and video editing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift parcels of 50lbs.
  • Experience with competitive products is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
