Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Sonia, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals.

  • Onboard new customers and deliver comprehensive training on software solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or medical roles.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools.
