In Short

• Help build scalable, reliable backend services and APIs for AI-driven products.
• Work closely with engineering and ML teams.
• Design and implement robust systems for real-time communication.
• Focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python 3.
• Implement RESTful APIs and real-time communication via WebSockets.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively improve architecture and processes.
• Work in a hybrid setup or remotely from Germany or Luxembourg.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development with Python 3.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and type hinting.
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with real-time communication using WebSockets.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Practical knowledge of testing frameworks.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with LLMs, message brokers, NoSQL databases, DevOps tools.
