Requirements

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum 2 years experience in psychiatric care.
• Must have DEA in Ohio.
• Have an SCA in OH (or be willing to obtain one).
• Must reside in the state of OH.
