Emergency Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - House Calls - Remote

Overview

As an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on the House Calls team at Sollis Health, you will conduct concierge medical visits in patients' homes, providing care to adults and children who would typically seek treatment in an emergency room or urgent care center.

In Short

• Conduct home visits for patient care.
• Work under the supervision of a Physician.
• Provide a range of treatments in patients' homes and centers.
• Coordinate with Front Desk Coordinators for house call requests.
• Assist with patient care in clinic during non-house call times.
• Document clinical evaluations accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure house call provider bag is stocked.
• Perform medical procedures such as IV access and suturing.
• Provide patient-centered communication.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals for patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license in CA.
• 3+ years of experience in emergency departments or urgent care.
• DEA license required.
• ACLS and PALS certification required upon hire.
• Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction skills.
