Product Manager - Remote

Overview

In the role of Product Manager at Sollis Health, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that our in-house technology solutions seamlessly support both members/patients and providers. You will drive the end-to-end product development process, from defining the product vision to delivering innovative, high-touch concierge medical experiences.

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with Sollis Health's mission.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through innovative technology solutions.
• Work closely with clinical, membership, and operational teams to gather insights.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Advocate for a patient-first approach in all product developments.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to inform product decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership and/or product management.
• Experience with third-party integrations preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience is required, Athena EMR a plus.
• Start-up experience is strongly preferred.
• Scrum Agile Experience/Advocacy required.
• Experience using JIRA is required.
• Engineering or technical education and experiential background is preferred.
