Overview

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our Virtual Care team, your role as a concierge clinician is to be there for patients in a members-only environment, when they need us most.

In Short

• Work rotating shifts on Aftercare and Triage services.
• Provide guided care to members via telemedicine.
• Responsible for post-visit follow-up medical care.
• Conduct telehealth consults and respond to clinical inquiries.
• Utilize proprietary Navigator platform for patient management.
• Perform in-person evaluations and telehealth consultations.
• Document clinical evaluations and treatment plans in EHR.
• Assist patients with hospital admissions and transfers.
• Provide concierge level of care and customer service.
• Work closely with clinical team members for comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• 3+ years of experience in emergency medicine or urgent care.
• DEA license required.
• NCCPA or Family Nurse Practitioner certification required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required.
• Pediatric and adult care experience.
