Senior Data Architect - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Architect at Sollis Health is responsible for defining and implementing a unified data architecture to streamline and enhance data access, storage, and reporting across the company. You will define standards and best practices for data governance, meet with and understand the data and reporting needs of various teams, and create robust reporting mechanisms. Additionally, you will lead efforts to integrate AI technologies into our data workflows to unlock predictive insights and advanced analytics capabilities.

• Plan and support data security and disaster recovery strategies.
• Represent data capabilities to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership for technical architecture design.
• Identify technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Azure data technologies.
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Understanding of data governance and security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
• Experience working in healthcare is a plus.
