Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Specialist will work independently to ensure that all products meet global legislative requirements and assist in entering new markets for Soleil Collective.

In Short

• Ensure compliance of products with global regulations (FDA, EC, HSA).
• Complete product registration not covered by external partners.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues.
• Support marketing with substantiation of product claims.
• Oversee regulatory requirements for new market entries.
• Evaluate compliance requirements from new retailers.
• Screen new suppliers and conduct due diligence.
• Define compliance requirements for factories.
• Build a global compliance matrix for product categories.
• Work with partners to implement sustainability plans.

Requirements

• Experience in product compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of global compliance standards.
