Overview

The CPD Sales Support role serves as a vital link between Sales, Technical, and Customer Service teams, as well as external customers in the B2B food industry. This position involves generating price quotes, assisting in customer meetings, and managing product samples.

• Generate price quotes upon request from the Sales team.
• Assist in preparation of presentations and customer events.
• Order product samples and monitor their delivery status.
• Assist Sales in customer meetings and take notes.
• Cross-check order details and enter prices into SAP.
• Handle customer complaints and provide QA documents.
• Receive initial requests and provide price offers.
• Update on the status of sample deliveries.
• Coordinate specification signing.
• Work independently while managing time and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Finance, Chemistry, or Management.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Excellent computer skills.
