Indoor Sales Support - Remote

Overview

Gilar SARL is seeking an indoor sales support person to assist with customer orders, data entry, and communication with clients.

In Short

• Receive customer orders and prepare invoices
• Data entry for new products including pricing and descriptions
• Answer phone calls and check stock availability
• Follow up on order status with suppliers and delivery
• Check account status and unpaid dues

Requirements

• Good communication skills with retail and corporate clients
• Well-organized and a good team player
• Proficient in English (spoken & written), French is a plus
• Previous experience in the stationery business is a plus
