• Manage a portfolio of industrial clients in Wallonia.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for Account Managers or direct client requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and complaints.
• Conduct thorough analyses and provide tailored solutions for client inquiries.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Handle phone inquiries and complaints efficiently and commercially.
• Responsible for accurate data input and maintenance in the system.
• Create and manage all files, contracts, orders, and invoicing in SAP.
• Work on digital solutions for reporting and order entry.
• Ensure efficient information exchange with other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum professional bachelor’s degree with sales skills.
• Preferably a background in chemistry.
• Strong communication skills in French and Dutch.
• Strong administrative skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Discreet, empathetic, and diplomatic with a knack for building trust.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Work from an office in Jumet, Beerse, or Gent.
