Associate Campaign Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate Analyst role drives operational efficiency throughout the company and this fast-paced position supports multiple teams, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our dynamic, travel-centric environment. In the Analyst role you will play a critical role within the team by ensuring our digital advertising campaigns are structured effectively, provide accurate data for decision-making, meet client requests promptly, and develop improved methods to maintain data quality across our systems. This role involves exposure to Sojern’s digital advertising channels, including Display, Facebook, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and capable of communicating information and recommendations to various teams across the business.

In Short

• Develop and optimize processes for digital advertising campaigns.
• Define a campaign’s target needs and requirements.
• Create processes to track outcomes of optimizations.
• Work closely with Sojern’s trafficking team.
• Create best practices documentation.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for business insights.
• Communicate insights to multiple internal stakeholders.
• Be data-driven in all aspects of work.

Requirements

• BS in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in an Analytical role.
• Experience with Display Programmatic and/or other digital advertising channels.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
