Software Mind is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Staff Software Engineer (React/TypeScript/Next.js). The focus of the work is on full-stack development.

• Write great code and share expertise with the team.
• Update client-facing web pages and flows.

Requirements

• 90% English proficiency (C1 level).
• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and SSR frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks like Astro.js.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization.
• Ability to mentor engineers and uphold code quality standards.
• Experience with scalable, production-ready applications.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
