Delivery Manager – Private Cloud - Remote

Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be dedicated to one of our key clients, a major provider of Private Cloud services, leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects and managed services.

In Short

• Lead and develop the delivery team in the Private Cloud domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of projects ensuring quality and SLA compliance.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities.
• Monitor project scope, profitability, and margin contribution.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for teams.
• Handle contracts and service agreements with clients.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery or service management roles.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud or IT infrastructure delivery management.
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
• Commercial experience in managing profitability and performance.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Managed Services operations.
• Business understanding of Private Cloud and related technologies.
