Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

In Short

• Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress
• Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress
• Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Creating and maintaining project documentation
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to the project plan
• Managing all development process tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager in a software development company
• Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
• Experience managing a development team
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional Project Management/Agile certifications
