In Short

• Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).
• Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Run experiments in different marketing channels to identify effective strategies.
• Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate with product and community teams on growth initiatives.
• Grow the customer base through co-marketing opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

• Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies.
• Broad experience across all areas of growth marketing.
• Passion for no-code and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and experience with complex customers.
• Ability to work with urgency and handle multiple initiatives.
• Strategic and scrappy, excited about early-stage company growth.
