Overview

The Work Management Compliance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and quality assurance in invoicing and work order management within the Facilities Maintenance team at Sodexo.

In Short

  • Validate completed works in the IFS / D365 system for data accuracy.
  • Provide feedback on missing data to site teams.
  • Proactively address compliance or billing process gaps.
  • Support high-value FM works approval submission processes.
  • Generate monthly reimbursable invoice QA documents.
  • Adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to improve service quality.
  • Perform other work management compliance activities as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in compliance, contracts, or data analysis role.
  • Experience in maintenance management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of IFS and D365 is desirable.
