Requirements

• Australian Citizenship or full working rights.
• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certified.
• Experience in mass-catering environments.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
• Essential cooking and food preparation skills.
• Flexibility to work various rosters and shifts in a remote environment.
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and national police clearance.
