Requirements

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (valid within 5 years).
  • Able to work autonomously and be flexible.
  • Previous FIFO Chef experience preferred.
  • Experience in mass-catering environments is highly desired.
  • Must have Australian Citizenship or full working rights.
  • National Police Check required.
