Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
Expertise in advanced data modeling and predictive analytics.
Proven track record in operational excellence initiatives.
Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in food service, retail, and facilities management.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
Ability to execute operational improvement initiatives.
Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt preferred).
