Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in advanced data modeling and predictive analytics.
• Proven track record in operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in food service, retail, and facilities management.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
• Ability to execute operational improvement initiatives.
• Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt preferred).
