Principal Product Manager, RiskScores - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Product Manager at Socure, you will focus on innovating and evolving the RiskScore products to proactively detect identity fraud and enhance the data lifecycle to improve our products.

In Short

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Socure’s RiskScores.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Identify and prioritize new opportunities based on customer needs.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Monitor product performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams for regulatory adherence.
• Conduct competitive analysis to track industry trends.
• Drive product innovation leveraging client feedback and market insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of predictive analytics.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Great cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive product innovation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
