In Short

• Serve as a senior Workday HCM/HRIS owner across various HR functions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy changes to HCM business processes.
• Maintain and audit the Workday security model.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with HR tech.
• Partner with various teams to translate business needs into Workday solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM/HRIS experience.
• Deep experience in Core HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Performance/Talent, and Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and configuration best practices.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday initiatives.
• Comfort with complex HR data and improving data quality.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
